Meet Our Pastry Chef

All the magic starts with our chef Julie.

Her 15 years of experience as a pastry chef in London, having worked at prestigious places such as the Claridge’s, the Lanesborough & the Lord Mayor’s residence with expertise in Michelin-starred desserts to large volume production is second to none.

She brings quality and trends to customers seeking standout desserts by providing exclusive experiences that she has produced for clients such as Chanel, Dior and Sir Elton John in London and Paris.

We focus on local markets and businesses, while being uncompromising on the quality of ingredients used to achieve our standards.

 

We connect personally with our local suppliers to ensure we get the best possible produce as well as minimising our carbon footprint and supporting Canterbury businesses. 

What We Do

We have a production kitchen on Tuam street in Christchurch where we provide a collection-only service of exquisite cakes, wedding cakes, afternoon tea boxes, desserts, pastries and cookies.

Our ever-changing menu will see Julie utilize the best ingredients Canterbury & New Zealand offers and create sumptuous patisseries.
